Project Overview

When the rewards are this many, the brand should match.

When the rewards are this many, the brand should match.

Payback Rewards had scale, familiarity and years of equity behind it. What it needed was a brand that could carry that legacy forward without feeling weighed down by it. BharatPe wanted to turn it into the gold standard for loyalty in India, with a name and identity that could feel relevant across categories, brands and audiences.

That became Zillion. Built around the idea of ‘Find Aha Everywhere’, the identity takes inspiration from the marks we instinctively use to draw attention to something worth noticing. Those gestures became the Aha Spark, a simple but distinctive asset that could move across the system and make moments of reward feel more visible, expressive and immediate.

The result is a brand that feels larger, brighter and more contemporary than the one it replaced. The Aha Spark gave Zillion a recognisable visual language across every touchpoint, while the name helped shift the brand from a legacy rewards programme into something that felt abundant, active and built for what loyalty in India could become next.
