The idea had a simple and direct question: how can we create a brand identity that reflects the product and the brand positioning?

The logo was a direct representation of the product offering - shoes. The brand positioning - Step Up Together, was incorporated in the laces of the shoe.

The refreshed identity clearly communicated Mochiko’s role and the “Step Up Together” spirit. It was well received by stakeholders and employees, becoming an internal rallying cry that boosted brand pride and collaboration
